Got my Equinox taken care off for a reasonable amount in a reasonable amount of time.
Well, let me start from the beginning. I took my truck to a transmission shop and they tried to charge me $6800. Something was telling me something’s wrong so I called Amco in Plant city and reached an angel called Ali not only did Ali have my truck towed so I had no worries. Send me pictures and videos meanwhile they diagnose my truck for free and fix the problem for $1200. even offered me financing and all kinds of different ways they went over and beyond to make sure that I could get my truck fixed so I can continue on with My Daily life The most honest, loving, caring, professional amazing people that I have ever met. I would recommend them to anyone and I will never go anywhere else. May God bless them all. and don’t let me forget to mention John he was at the front desk so kind and friendly handled. Everything called me frequently to give me updates. I never had to reach out to them. I just can’t say enough. These people are amazing.
Aamco has been my go to for a while. Work is always done in a timely manner and the service is excellent. Never a problem with quality or having to have it redone.
John and I was able to sort out this situation and come to an agreement that benefits both of us. I really appreciate John and his honesty as it pertains to my situation. Thanks John for your compassion and the length u will go to make things right.
